Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your product, upload your pet's photo, customize the design, add to cart, and proceed through our secure checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal for all orders. We're working to add more payment options in the near future to make your shopping experience even more convenient.

When will my payment be processed?

Your PayPal payment will be processed immediately when you place your order to secure your custom production slot.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You may request changes or cancellations within 6 hour of ordering by emailing us immediately at info@photosdiy.com. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be modified.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Contact us immediately at info@photosdiy.com. If your order hasn't entered production, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Photo Requirements

What are your photo requirements for best results?

We recommend:

- High-resolution images (300 DPI or higher)

- Clear, well-lit photos

- JPEG or PNG format

- Minimum 1000x1000 pixels for small items, higher for larger products

What if my photo quality is poor?

Our team will notify you if we detect quality issues. You can choose to proceed (understanding print quality may be affected) or provide a better photo.

Can you edit my photos?

We perform basic adjustments (cropping, brightness) for optimal printing. For major edits (background removal, advanced retouching), please edit your photo before uploading or contact us for premium editing services.

How many photos can I upload per product?

By default, only one photo can be uploaded per product. If a specific item allows multiple photos, it will be clearly stated in the product details.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 1-3 business days after order confirmation and photo approval.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes! Express production (1 business day) is available for select products during checkout. If you don't see this option, it means the item is currently experiencing high demand and expedited service is unavailable.

Where do you ship from?

All products are manufactured and shipped from our specialized production facilities in the United States.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer:

- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

- Express Shipping (3-5 business days)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-20 business days depending on destination.

Product Quality & Care

What is the quality of your products and prints?

We take pride in using high-quality materials and professional-grade printing technology. Our products feature:

- Fade-resistant, archival-quality prints

- Premium substrates (ceramic, canvas, photo paper, etc.)

- Vibrant colors that accurately reproduce your pet's photos

- Durable construction built to last

How should I care for my custom products?

Care instructions vary by product. Generally:

- Mugs: Hand wash recommended

- Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out

- Posters: Frame for protection

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to their personalized nature, custom products cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@photosdiy.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll ship a replacement immediately.

Technical Support

The photo upload isn't working. What should I do?

Try these solutions:

- Use a different browser (Chrome/Firefox recommended)

- Check file size (under 20MB)

- Ensure stable internet connection

- Clear browser cache and cookies

- Please send your custom photos to the email address: info@photosdiy.com, along with your order number. Our design team will create the design based on the photo details you provide.

I can't access my account.

Use the "Forgot Password" feature or contact us at info@photosdiy.com for assistance.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save photos, and access order history.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at info@photosdiy.com with "Account Deletion" in the subject line.

What happens to my photos after ordering?

Photos are stored securely and used only for your order. We never use customer photos for marketing without explicit permission.

Can I request deletion of my photos?

Yes! Email us at info@photosdiy.com with your request and order number.

Wholesale & Custom Requests

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We work with pet businesses, shelters, and organizations. Contact info@photosdiy.com for pricing.

Can you create custom products not shown on your website?

We love creative challenges! Email info@photosdiy.com with your idea and we'll see what we can create.
