Our Commitment to Quality
At PHOTOSDIY, we take pride in creating high-quality custom pet photo products. Because each item is personally customized with your special photos, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order.
Custom Product Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error.
What IS Covered
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- The product arrives damaged or broken during shipping
- There is a manufacturing defect (fading, peeling, poor print quality)
- You received the wrong item than what you ordered
- There are significant color discrepancies from what was shown on our website
What IS NOT Covered
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Customer-provided photos with low resolution or poor quality
- Color variations due to monitor/screen differences
- Spelling errors in custom text that you provided
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect photo selection by the customer
- Minor variations in product appearance
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@photosdiy.com
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Provide your order number and details
We'll ship a replacement at no additional cost once we verify the issue.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
