We are so excited for you to receive your custom pet photo products! Because each item is made just for you, please allow some additional time for production before your order ships.
Production & Processing Time
What is processing time?
This is the time it takes for the PHOTOSDIY team to begin creating your custom products after receiving your photos. This process includes printing, quality checks, and packaging. This time is separate from shipping time.
Standard processing times are typically 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and your design is approved.
Please note that during peak seasons (like holidays) or due to high demand, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Times & Costs
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The shipping times below are estimates after the order has left the fulfillment center.

United States (Domestic):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

International:
- Economy Shipping: 18-30 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products in your cart, your shipping address, and the selected shipping method.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide! However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery possible for each item. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Order Tracking & Changes
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package's journey.
We can only change or cancel an order if the request is made within 24 hours of placement and before it has entered the production stage. Once production has begun, we are unable to make any changes.
