• Place an order for your favorite product.
  
• Important: You must email your pet's photo to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders not finalized within this timeframe may be canceled.
  

2. PREPARE & EMAIL YOUR PHOTO

• Select a clear, well-lit photo of your pet.
  
• Image Requirements: High resolution, at least 1000px * 1000px in size.
  
• Email the original photo file to: info@photosdiy.com
  
• Subject Line: Your Order Number (e.g., #1234)
  
• Email Body: Feel free to include any special instructions (e.g., "Please make the background plain" or "Focus on my dog's face").
  

3. DESIGN PROOF & APPROVAL (CRITICAL STEP)

• Our designer will email you a proof within 2 business hours (5 hours on weekends/holidays).
  
• Please review the proof carefully. You must reply to that email with "Approved" within 3 hours of receiving it.
  
• Important Notice: If we do not receive a response within this window, we will assume approval and immediately move your order into production. No further changes or cancellations can be accepted once production has begun.
  

4. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

• Once approved, your order enters production, which typically takes 2-7 business days.
  
• After production is complete, we will ship your item within 1 business day and provide you with a tracking number.
